Aansluitstuk RAIJINTEK PELIAS messing zwart 23mm x 23mm x 33mm

The RAIJINTEK PELIAS Brass Black 23mm x 23mm x 33mm fitting is a compact 90-degree connector made from high-quality brass with a black surface finish. Sized to fit systems using 23mm width and depth with a 33mm height, this pack contains six fittings designed for use with 16mm outer-diameter hard tubing. The PELIAS fitting combines corrosion resistance of brass with a refined appearance in black, suitable for installations requiring reliable fluid or coolant routing in tight spaces.

Advantages

Constructed from durable brass, the fitting resists corrosion and provides long service life compared with many plated alternatives. The black finish offers visual consistency in builds where component color matching is important. Its compact 90-degree design minimizes required installation space while maintaining a secure connection for OD 16mm hard tubing. Supplied as a set of six, the pack supports multi-connection setups or spare parts inventory.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid cooling loops using OD 16mm hard tubing
• Small-scale fluid routing in electronic enclosures or hobby projects
• Replacement or expansion of existing brass fittings in cooling systems

Key specifications

• Material: brass
• Finish: black surface coating
• Shape: 90-degree elbow
• Dimensions: 23mm (width) × 23mm (depth) × 33mm (height)
• Compatible tubing outer diameter: 16mm (hard tube)
• Quantity: 6 pieces per pack

How to use

Ensure tubing and fittings are clean and free of debris before assembly. Insert the OD 16mm hard tube fully into the fitting until seated; verify a firm, flush connection. Tighten any accompanying compression rings or securing hardware according to the hardware manufacturer’s instructions to avoid leaks. Position the elbow to achieve the desired routing, avoiding excessive bending or stress on the tubing. For disassembly, depressurize and drain the system first, then carefully remove the tubing from the fitting.

Recommendations

Use with properly sized OD 16mm hard tubing and compatible compression or clamping components. Inspect fittings periodically for signs of wear or corrosion and replace if any damage is detected. When mixing metals in a cooling loop, consider system fluids and corrosion inhibitors to reduce galvanic corrosion risk.
