Accuboormachine Metabo PowerMaxx SB 12 BL met 2x 4,0 Ah accu's

Metabo PowerMaxx SB 12 BL is a compact cordless power drill supplied with two 4.0 Ah batteries, designed for drilling and screwdriving tasks. The brushless motor delivers efficient power in a lightweight housing, while the twin-battery package ensures continuous work by allowing quick battery changeovers. The tool combines portability and practical runtime for DIY, maintenance and light professional jobs where a compact, rechargeable drill is preferred.

Advantages

The brushless motor increases efficiency and reduces maintenance compared with brushed designs, providing longer runtime and improved durability. Two 4.0 Ah batteries give extended operating time and allow one battery to be charged while the other is in use, reducing downtime. The compact body and ergonomic grip improve handling in confined spaces, and an integrated LED light illuminates the work area for greater precision. Variable speed control and an adjustable clutch provide accurate screwdriving and drilling performance.

Key specifications

• Power type: Cordless, battery-powered
• Motor: Brushless for higher efficiency and longer life
• Batteries supplied: Two lithium-ion batteries, 4.0 Ah capacity each

Set the torque clutch and speed range to match the material and fastener; use lower torque for small screws and higher torque for larger fastenings or drilling. Maintain a steady, moderate pressure while drilling or driving to allow the brushless motor to deliver consistent power. Replace the battery when power drops and keep the spare charged to avoid interruptions.

Recommendations

For best results, use the Metabo PowerMaxx SB 12 BL with recommended charger and 4.0 Ah lithium-ion batteries supplied with the tool. Match torque and speed settings to the task to avoid overdriving fasteners or stalling when drilling. Store batteries at moderate temperatures, avoid deep discharge, and follow manufacturer guidance for battery care to extend service life.
