Actieve DisplayPort-kabel DeLOCK 85502 8K 60 Hz 10 m

The Active DisplayPort Cable DeLOCK 85502 connects devices with DisplayPort interfaces — such as monitors, TVs or graphics cards — to PCs or laptops. It is an active cable designed for long runs and supports high-resolution video transmission over a 10 m length with a 7.5 mm diameter and black jacket.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable supports a maximum bandwidth of 32.4 Gbps, enabling video output up to 8K Ultra HD (7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz). HDR support ensures more accurate colour reproduction with improved brightness, contrast and depth. The active design maintains signal integrity over the 10 m length and the standard DisplayPort connectors at both ends provide broad compatibility with monitors, TVs and graphics cards.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to an 8K-capable monitor or TV
• High-resolution video editing and professional display setups
• Gaming stations requiring 8K @ 60 Hz output
• Long-distance DisplayPort connections where passive cables would degrade signal

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, laptop or graphics card) and the other to the DisplayPort input of the monitor or TV. Ensure both devices support the required resolution and refresh rate; check display and GPU settings to select 8K @ 60 Hz and enable HDR if needed. Secure connectors fully to avoid signal loss. No additional drivers are typically required for the cable itself.

Recommendations

For reliable 8K @ 60 Hz performance over 10 m, use DisplayPort ports and graphics hardware that explicitly support 8K output. Avoid sharp bends and heavy kinking of the cable; keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources. If you experience signal issues, verify cable seating and try different DisplayPort inputs or update GPU firmware/drivers.
