Aerotec perslucht-snelkoppeling G 1/4 inch NW 7.2 vernikkeld staal 2005288Z

This plug nipple stands out with its European standard NW 7.2 profile, making it instantly compatible with common quick-connect couplings from Rectus 21, CEJN 320, and ARO 150. Unlike generic fittings, it is machined from nickel-plated steel for lasting corrosion resistance in demanding compressed air environments.

Highlights

• Internal thread G 1/4" (BSPP) for secure screw-in installation
• European standard coupling profile NW 7.2 (7.2 mm nominal width)
• Nickel-plated steel body resists corrosion and wear
• Max operating pressure 35 bar, temperature range -20°C to +100°C
• 17 mm hex wrench size for easy tightening

In daily use

The plug nipple connects directly to a G 1/4" male thread on hoses, tools, or manifolds. Its standard profile allows quick connection and disconnection without tools, while the bi-directional flow design ensures unrestricted air passage in either direction. The nickel plating provides a smooth surface that reduces friction and prevents rust, extending service life even in humid or oily workshop conditions.
