Aqua-Computer deksel voor ULTITUBE reservoir (model 34121) – vervangend deksel

The Aqua-Computer Deckel for ULTITUBE Reservoir (replacement top cap) is a purpose-made lid designed to fit ULTITUBE series coolant expansion and reservoir containers. It provides a secure closure for the reservoir while allowing easy removal for maintenance and filling. The part is intended as a direct replacement or spare for systems that use the original ULTITUBE top cap and is compatible with the corresponding reservoir geometry and mounting interface.

Advantages

This replacement top cap is engineered to match the original ULTITUBE fit and function, ensuring a reliable seal and straightforward service access. Manufactured to the brand's specifications, it preserves the reservoir's intended performance and ease of maintenance. The design supports repeated removal and reinstallation without compromising the interface between cap and container.

Suitable for

• Replacement of a damaged or lost ULTITUBE reservoir top cap
• Keeping a spare part for custom water-cooling loop maintenance
• Systems requiring original-fit components to maintain leak-free coolant containment

Key specifications

• Form: removable top cap designed for reservoir closure
• Compatibility: fits ULTITUBE series reservoirs with matching interface
• Function: provides secure seal and service access for filling and maintenance
• Durability: suitable for repeated removal and reinstallation during servicing

How to use

To replace the existing top cap, ensure the cooling loop is depressurized and coolant level is below the opening. Unscrew or unclip the original cap according to the reservoir's removal procedure, align the replacement Deckel with the reservoir interface, and seat it firmly until the cap engages. After installation, check the seal visually and perform a leak test by pressurizing or refilling the loop and observing the joint during operation.

Recommendations

Inspect sealing surfaces for debris or damage before installation and clean with a lint-free cloth. Replace O-rings or seals if worn. Use the part only with compatible ULTITUBE reservoirs and follow standard water-cooling maintenance procedures to avoid leaks or contamination.
