Connect video sources using compatible cables and enable Adaptive-Sync/FreeSync in the graphics driver or monitor OSD for tear-free gaming. Use the OSD menu to adjust brightness, contrast and the ASUS Blue Light Filter level (0 to Maximum) to reduce blue light exposure. Select the appropriate input and set the display resolution to 1920 x 1080 and refresh rate to 100 Hz in your operating system for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For reduced eye fatigue during long sessions, pair the monitor’s flicker-free mode with the Blue Light Filter and take regular breaks following the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds). For the best gaming experience, enable Adaptive-Sync/FreeSync and use a GPU capable of delivering frame rates near 100 Hz.
