Audiokabel ShiverPeaks BS40204 2,5 m 2 x RCA zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS40204 audio cable is a 2.5 meter interconnect cable with 2 x RCA female to 2 x RCA male connectors designed for analogue line-level audio connections. Constructed from high-quality copper conductors and fitted with nickel-plated contacts, the cable provides reliable signal transmission and mechanical durability. The black outer jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates easily into home audio and professional setups.

Advantages

The cable's copper conductors deliver low-resistance signal transfer for clear, consistent audio reproduction. Nickel-plated contacts resist oxidation and maintain contact quality over time, reducing the risk of intermittent connections. At 2.5 m length the cable offers flexibility in device placement without excessive slack, while the black finish minimizes visual distraction in installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting CD players, turntables with preamps, or tape decks to amplifiers or receivers
• Linking audio interfaces or mixers to consumer-level stereo equipment
• Extending existing RCA interconnects in home theatre systems
• Temporary or permanent installations where a 2.5 m analogue cable is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2.5 m
• Connector configuration: 2 x RCA (female) to 2 x RCA (male)
• Conductor material: copper
• Contact plating: nickel-plated
• Colour: black

How to use

Identify the source device output and the input on the receiving device, then connect the RCA male plugs to the appropriate colour-coded jacks on each unit. Ensure connectors are fully seated to secure good electrical contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of interference such as power transformers or fluorescent lighting. For best results, keep the cable loosely coiled or secured along furniture to prevent stress on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal audio performance, keep connections clean and periodically inspect the nickel-plated contacts for dirt or corrosion. When connecting to unbalanced inputs, use short cable runs where possible to minimize potential noise; for longer distances consider balanced solutions. Store the cable coiled without tight kinks when not in use.
