Auto-koffer CARRERA 1:24 aluminium modelautokoffer voor 1:24 slot- en vitrineauto's

The CARRERA 1:24 Aluminium model carrying case is a transport and storage solution designed specifically for 1/24 scale slot and display cars. Its rigid aluminium exterior provides impact resistance while the protective interior—available with foam or padded inserts—secures individual models against shocks and scratches. The case is intended to keep collectible and hobby cars organized and accessible during short-term transport or storage.

Advantages

The aluminium shell offers a lightweight but sturdy barrier against external impacts and moisture. Interior inserts hold models in place to prevent movement, reducing the risk of paint damage and broken parts. The case design balances protection and portability so hobbyists can transport multiple 1:24 scale vehicles and small accessories with confidence.

Suitable for

• Transporting 1:24 scale slot cars to events or track days
• Short-term storage of display models and collectibles
• Organizing small accessories such as spare wheels, controllers or decals
• Protecting models during travel between workshops, shows, or home

Key specifications

• Scale compatibility: 1:24 model cars
• Exterior material: rigid aluminium housing
• Interior protection: foam or padded inserts for individual models
• Primary function: transport and short-term storage of scale models
• Portability: designed for carrying multiple vehicles and small accessories

How to use

Place each 1:24 scale model into its designated foam or padded compartment, ensuring that wheels and protruding parts are positioned to avoid contact with adjacent items. Close the case securely before transport and carry using the built-in handle. For storage, keep the case in a dry, moderate-temperature environment to limit exposure to humidity and extreme temperatures that could affect adhesives or paint.

Recommendations

Inspect inserts periodically for wear and replace them if they no longer hold models securely. Remove batteries from electronic accessories before storage and avoid overpacking the case to prevent compression of padding and potential damage to models.
