Basversterker Behringer BXD3000H 300W lichtgewicht top

The Behringer BXD3000H 300W lightweight head is a compact bass amplifier head engineered for practice, rehearsals and small to medium live performances. This head delivers up to 300 watts of power in a portable chassis, providing clear low-frequency output and straightforward control over tone and level. Standard input and output connectors allow connection to bass cabinets and external effects, making it a functional choice for bassists who need dependable amplification without excessive weight or size.

Advantages

The lightweight construction makes the amplifier easy to transport between gigs and rehearsal spaces while retaining sufficient power for club and small venue use. Simple front-panel controls allow quick tone shaping and level adjustments, and the compact footprint fits into crowded rigs. The unit’s connectivity supports common stage setups, enabling seamless integration with speaker cabinets and effects loops.

Suitable for

• Practice sessions and home rehearsal
• Rehearsal rooms and studio tracking
• Small to medium live performances and club gigs
• Portable rigs for touring musicians and session players

Key specifications

• Output power: 300 W (suitable for small to medium venues)
• Form factor: lightweight head unit for use with external bass cabinets
• Tone controls: front-panel controls for shaping bass, mid and treble frequencies
• Level control: master volume with signal level adjustment
• Connectivity: standard instrument input, speaker outputs and effects send/return
• Portability: compact and lightweight design for easy transport

How to use

Connect your bass to the instrument input, then connect the speaker output to a compatible bass cabinet rated for the amplifier’s power. Use the front-panel tone controls to set the desired low, mid and high frequency balance, and adjust the master level to achieve the required stage volume. If using effects, route effects devices through the send/return loop and set levels so that the amplifier’s preamp and external effects blend without clipping. Ensure proper ventilation during use and verify speaker impedance compatibility before powering the unit.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, pair the amplifier head with a cabinet that matches or exceeds the power handling and recommended impedance. During transport, protect the unit from shocks and moisture. For stage use, set initial tone and level settings conservatively and make incremental adjustments while monitoring sound through the cabinet to avoid speaker or amplifier overload.
