Bedraad full-size toetsenbord HP 485 Comfort met USB-aansluiting en 23 programmeerbare toetsen

HP 485 Comfort is a wired full-size keyboard with a USB connection and 23 programmable keys. It features a standard layout with a numeric keypad and dedicated macro keys to simplify repetitive tasks. Designed for desktop use, the keyboard combines a familiar typing surface with customizable shortcuts to support productivity in office, home, and professional environments.

Advantages

The keyboard provides a full-size layout with an integrated numeric keypad, allowing efficient data entry and standard navigation. Twenty-three programmable keys offer flexibility to create and store custom shortcuts for frequent actions, reducing the time spent on repetitive operations. Wired USB connectivity ensures a stable, plug-and-play connection without the need for batteries or pairing. The design is focused on reliable daily use, with physical keys that suit extended typing sessions and macro programming for workflow automation.

Suitable for

• Office work that requires frequent numeric input and shortcut automation
• Home desktop setups for general productivity and data entry
• Professional environments where macros speed up repetitive tasks (data processing, accounting, customer support)
• Users who prefer a stable wired USB connection over wireless keyboards

Key specifications

• Form factor: full-size keyboard with numeric keypad
• Connection: wired USB interface for plug-and-play use
• Programmable input: 23 programmable keys configurable for macros and shortcuts
• Layout: standard desktop layout suitable for general office applications
• Power: bus-powered via USB (no batteries required)

How to use

Connect the keyboard to an available USB port on your computer and wait for the system to recognize the device; most operating systems will install the keyboard automatically for immediate typing. Use the manufacturer-provided software or built-in system utilities to assign functions and record macros to the 23 programmable keys so they perform the desired shortcuts. The numeric keypad and standard keys function as typical input devices for text entry, spreadsheets, and navigation.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, connect the keyboard directly to a computer USB port rather than through an unpowered hub. Regularly save macro profiles externally if the software allows, and test assigned macros in a safe environment before using them in critical workflows. Clean the key surfaces periodically with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid spilling liquids on the keyboard to maintain long-term functionality.
