Behuizingsventilator MODECOM VOLCANO APEX 140 ARGB WHITE 140mm Reverse

The MODECOM VOLCANO APEX 140 ARGB WHITE is a 140mm reverse case fan with addressable RGB illumination designed for PC cooling. Engineered for installation in desktop computer cases, this fan improves airflow and heat dissipation while providing customizable ARGB lighting effects. The reverse-blade design focuses on directed airflow to assist exhaust or intake configurations depending on system layout, and the white frame offers a neutral aesthetic that complements a range of builds.

Advantages

The fan combines reliable airflow performance with addressable RGB lighting compatible with common ARGB controllers. The reverse blade geometry enhances directional airflow efficiency and can help optimize case ventilation when paired with other fans. Its 140mm size balances airflow and acoustic performance, delivering effective cooling without excessive noise. The white housing provides a subtle visual base that emphasizes ARGB lighting tones.

Suitable for

• Mid-tower and full-tower PC cases requiring improved case ventilation
• Gaming builds where customizable ARGB lighting is desired
• Workstations that need additional exhaust or intake airflow
• Cooling setups where a 140mm fan size is specified for fan mounts

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 140 mm
• Frame color: white
• Blade design: reverse airflow geometry
• Lighting: addressable RGB (ARGB) compatible
• Mounting orientation: standard 140 mm case fan mounts

How to use

Install the MODECOM VOLCANO APEX 140 ARGB WHITE into a compatible 140 mm fan mount inside the computer case, choosing intake or exhaust orientation according to the desired airflow direction. Secure the fan with the supplied screws or appropriate mounting hardware. Connect the power connector to the system fan header or a compatible fan controller and plug the ARGB cable into an addressable RGB header or compatible controller to enable lighting control. After connection, configure fan speed curves and lighting profiles through the motherboard or controller software as required.

Recommendations

For balanced airflow, combine this reverse 140 mm fan with additional intake or exhaust fans to create a directed airflow path. Ensure ARGB headers and voltage specifications match the system controller before connecting lighting cables. Periodically clean the fan blades and frame to maintain optimal cooling performance and reduce noise from dust buildup.
