Bessey korpusklem verlenging KBX20, aluminium, rood

Extension for a Bessey body clamp KBX20 in aluminium with a red finish. This accessory increases the reach and clamping capacity of compatible Bessey body clamps, providing a lightweight and rigid extension that helps secure larger or deeper workpieces. The aluminium construction offers corrosion resistance and reduced weight for easier handling on the workbench or at the job site.

Advantages

The aluminium extension delivers a balance of lightness and stiffness, allowing safer handling and less user fatigue during repetitive clamping tasks. Its red finish improves visibility among tools and fixtures, while the design enables quick attachment to compatible Bessey body clamps. The rigid profile maintains alignment and pressure distribution, supporting consistent clamping performance across a variety of materials.

Suitable for

• Extending the reach of compatible Bessey body clamps in woodworking
• Clamping larger or deeper workpieces during assembly or gluing
• On-site tasks where a lighter extension reduces transport load
• Metalworking setups that require stable, repeatable clamping

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium for reduced weight and corrosion resistance
• Finish: red coated surface for visibility and basic protection
• Compatibility: designed for use with Bessey body clamp KBX20 and compatible models
• Function: increases clamping reach and capacity of the host clamp
• Application environments: workshop and on-site use

How to use

Attach the extension to the corresponding mounting interface on a compatible Bessey body clamp following the clamp manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the extension is fully engaged and secured before applying clamping force. Position the extension so that the clamp jaws contact the workpiece evenly and apply pressure incrementally to achieve the required hold. After use, release pressure, remove the extension if necessary, and store it in a dry place to preserve the finish.

Recommendations

Check compatibility with your specific Bessey body clamp model before use. Avoid exceeding the clamping capacity recommended for the host clamp and inspect the extension regularly for any signs of wear or damage. For safe operation, follow standard workshop safety procedures including eye protection and stable support for the workpiece.
