Black Diamond Alpine Pants dames - zwart, maat S

Most hiking trousers bind and restrict on technical ground, but the Black Diamond Alpine Pants for women are cut specifically for alpine climbing and mountaineering. The highly abrasion-resistant double-weave fabric with 4-way stretch delivers unrestricted mobility, while the slim, articulated fit and gusseted inseam eliminate binding. A DWR finish sheds light precipitation, and an integrated low-profile belt with multiple secure pockets keeps essentials close without adding bulk.

Highlights

• Durable 96% nylon / 4% elastane double-weave main fabric with DWR finish
• Reinforced with 87% nylon / 13% elastane ripstop panels in high-wear zones
• 4-way stretch for full mobility on steep approaches and climbs
• Integrated adjustable belt with low-profile buckle for a precise fit
• Four zippered pockets: two hand, one thigh, one rear
• Articulated knees and gusseted inseam for natural movement
• Adjustable snap-button cuffs with internal drawcord to seal out debris
• Bluesign approved primary fabric

In daily use

On long alpine routes, the Alpine Pants prove their worth. The double-weave fabric resists scrapes from rock and ice, while the ripstop reinforcements add confidence when chimneying or glissading. The 4-way stretch means high steps and stemming feel effortless, and the gusseted inseam prevents crotch blowouts. The integrated belt stays flat under a harness, and the zippered thigh pocket is accessible even with a pack on. The tapered leg fits cleanly over boots and works with crampons.
