Bosch 1609200273 ronde borstel Ø 100 mm staaldraad schacht Ø 6 mm 1 stk

The Bosch 1609200273 wheel brush stands out with its 100 mm crimped steel wire face, built for aggressive cleaning on metal, wood, and stone. Unlike standard cup brushes, its disc shape and 6 mm shank mount directly into power drills and straight grinders, giving you a stable, wide contact patch for fast material removal.

Highlights

• 100 mm brush diameter with crimped steel wire for effective rust removal, paint stripping, and deburring
• 6 mm shank diameter fits standard drill chucks and straight grinders
• Rated up to 12,500 RPM for high-speed surface preparation
• 0.3 mm wire thickness balances aggression and control
• Blister pack keeps the brush protected until first use

In daily use

Mount the brush in a compatible tool, set the speed within the 12,500 RPM limit, and apply light, even pressure. The crimped wire flexes just enough to follow contours without excessive gouging, making it suitable for cleaning weld seams, removing old coatings, or preparing surfaces before painting. Work in short passes and let the brush do the cutting.
