Bosch 2 608 621 791 haakse slijper accessoire slijpschijf

The Bosch EXPERT R781 fibre disc (Bosch 2 608 621 791) is designed for fast, efficient grinding of steel and stainless steel welds and fabricated metal workpieces. Supplied in a pack of 25, this Prisma Ceramic fibre disc uses Bosch’s X-LOCK system to fit angle grinders quickly and securely, delivering higher material removal rates than conventional discs while maintaining surface quality.

Advantages

The Prisma Ceramic grain provides increased cutting speed and longer life compared with standard aluminium-oxide discs. X-LOCK mounting ensures rapid disc changes without tools and a reliable connection to compatible Bosch angle grinders. The disc’s construction reduces clogging on stainless steel and helps maintain consistent grinding performance across the pack of 25 discs.

Suitable for

• Grinding down welds on steel and stainless steel
• Removing excess material on fabricated metal components
• Surface preparation before welding or coating
• Professional metalworking and maintenance tasks

Key specifications

How to use

Fit the disc to a compatible X-LOCK angle grinder following the tool and disc safety instructions. Secure the disc using the X-LOCK mechanism, set the grinder to an appropriate speed for steel or stainless steel, and apply steady, even pressure while grinding welds or excess material. Allow the disc to do the cutting; avoid excessive force to prevent premature wear and ensure an even finish.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection and a dust mask). Select the correct grinder speed for the material. Replace discs from the pack when worn and store unused discs flat and dry to maintain performance.
