Bosch 2 608 900 324 boor spadeboor 1 stuk

The Bosch 2 608 900 324 spade drill bit is a single-piece bit designed for fast and efficient drilling in wood with a diameter of 2.8 cm. Built for electricians, installers and builders, the EXPERT Self Cut Speed spade bit combines a robust body with Bosch Tip Technology to improve cutting speed and reduce walking when starting holes for cables, pipes and other installations.

Advantages

The Self Cut Speed geometry and Bosch Tip Technology enable faster penetration and reduced effort when drilling in softwoods. The single-piece construction increases durability and maintains concentricity for precise hole shapes. The 2.8 cm diameter is suitable for creating larger passage holes while the reinforced shank offers stable connection to the drill.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes for electrical cables and conduit in softwood
• Creating passage holes for plumbing pipes and fixtures
• Installing door hardware and large wooden fittings
• Carpentry and general building tasks requiring larger wood holes

How to use

Mark the drilling position on the workpiece and secure the wood to prevent movement. Fit the spade bit into a suitable drill chuck and tighten firmly. Start drilling at low speed to establish the entry point, then increase speed to a suitable level for clean cutting with the Self Cut Speed tip. Apply steady, moderate pressure and clear chips as needed to avoid clogging. After drilling, withdraw the bit while the drill is running slowly to remove remaining debris.

Recommendations

Use the Bosch spade bit in drills with a compatible chuck size and avoid excessive side load. For best results in hardwoods, consider pre-drilling a pilot hole or use a bit specifically designed for hardwood; this model is optimized for softwood and typical installation tasks.
