Bosch 2 608 900 815 roterend gereedschap schuur-/schuurtoebehoren hout schuurblad

The Bosch EXPERT C470 sanding sheet (Bosch 2 608 900 815) is a brown, 15 cm sanding sheet designed for sanding wood and painted surfaces. Sold in a pack of five, this abrasive sheet combines sharp abrasive grains with anti-clogging technology to maintain cutting performance over extended use. It is compatible with Bosch rotary sanding tools and intended for faster, more consistent sanding of large surfaces without rapid loss of abrasiveness.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 construction keeps the abrasive surface sharper for longer and reduces clogging from sanding dust, which preserves sanding speed and finish quality. Its design allows longer continuous use compared with conventional sandpaper, helping reduce downtime for sheet changes and improving overall efficiency on woodworking and paint-stripping tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding raw or painted wood surfaces
• Smoothing and preparing wooden parts before finishing
• Removing old paint or lacquer from large flat areas
• Use with compatible Bosch rotary sanding tools and sanding pads (15 cm)

How to use

Attach the 15 cm EXPERT C470 sanding sheet to a compatible Bosch rotary sander or sanding pad according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Apply even pressure and move the sander smoothly across the surface; check the work regularly and replace the sheet when cutting performance diminishes. For best results, use progressively finer grits when preparing surfaces for finishing.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks and eye protection when sanding. Match the sheet grit to the task—coarser grits for heavy material removal, finer grits for smoothing and final preparation—and store sheets flat and dry to preserve anti-clogging performance.
