Bosch 2608833900 reserve-koolborstelset voor elektrisch gereedschap, OEM Bosch onderdeel

The Bosch 2608833900 replacement carbon brush set is an OEM spare part designed for use in compatible Bosch power tools with brushed motors. These carbon brushes restore electrical contact between the stationary and rotating parts of the motor, supporting stable motor operation and helping maintain rated performance. The set is intended for routine maintenance and repair where replacement of worn brushes is required to reduce sparking, prevent motor damage and extend the service life of the tool.

Advantages

OEM Bosch carbon brushes are manufactured to fit Bosch motor assemblies and match original design dimensions and electrical characteristics. Using this replacement set helps ensure consistent electrical contact, predictable wear behaviour and reduced risk of abnormal motor noise or intermittent operation. The brushes are ready for straightforward installation and are compatible with applications that require the original Bosch brush specification.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance and service of brushed Bosch drills
• Repair of angle grinders and rotary tools with carbon brush motors
• Replacement during inspection when brushes show heavy wear or cause excessive sparking
• Workshops and professionals maintaining Bosch power tool fleets

Key specifications

• Type: carbon (graphite) motor brushes suitable for brushed DC/AC electric motors
• Form factor: replacement brush set matching original Bosch motor brush geometry
• Material properties: conductive carbon/graphite compound designed for electrical contact and controlled wear
• Intended application: stationary contact with commutator or slip ring in power tool motors

How to use

Switch off and disconnect the power tool from its power source before beginning any service. Access the motor brush holders following the tool manufacturer’s service instructions and remove the old brushes. Insert the replacement brushes ensuring correct orientation and secure any retaining springs or clips. Reassemble the tool and perform a test run under no-load conditions to verify smooth commutation and reduced sparking. If unfamiliar with electrical repairs, consult a qualified technician or an authorised Bosch service centre.

Recommendations

Inspect brushes periodically as part of scheduled maintenance; replace them when the carbon block is worn down close to the brush holder or if sparking/inconsistent motor operation is observed. Use only compatible OEM-specified brushes to maintain proper motor performance and safety.
