Bosch 2609256A80 klittenband-schuurbladen, 185 x 93 mm, korrel 40, 10-pack

Coarse sanding on large wooden surfaces can quickly clog standard abrasives, forcing you to stop and replace sheets mid-project. These Bosch hook-and-loop sanding sheets tackle that problem with an open-coat aluminium oxide grain that resists loading, keeping the abrasive sharp for faster stock removal and a more consistent finish.

Who is it for

Professional carpenters, joiners, and serious DIYers who need reliable, aggressive abrasives for initial sanding of wood, paint, varnish, and filler. Ideal for use with orbital sanders that accept 185 x 93 mm hook-and-loop sheets.

Main features

• Grit P40 aluminium oxide abrasive for rapid material removal on rough surfaces.
• Hook-and-loop backing for quick, secure sheet changes without clamps.
• Multi-hole perforation for efficient dust extraction, keeping the work area cleaner.
• Paper backing with synthetic resin bonding for durability during heavy sanding.
• Open coat reduces clogging when sanding softwoods, paint, or fillers.
• Pack of 10 sheets ensures you have enough abrasive for larger projects.

Tips

For best results, start with this P40 grit for heavy stock removal, then progress to finer grits (P80, P120, etc.) to achieve a smooth finish. Ensure your sander's dust extraction is connected to maximise the benefits of the perforated holes and prolong sheet life.
