Bosch Expert R781 fiberschijf 125 mm P60, 6-pack 2608902403

The Bosch Expert R781 fibre sanding disc is built for aggressive stock removal on metal. Unlike standard discs that glaze over quickly, its zirconia alumina abrasive with fully synthetic resin bonding keeps cutting at high speed, making it a dependable choice for weld seam removal and deburring on angle grinders.

Highlights

• Zirconia alumina abrasive for fast, cool cutting on metal
• Vulcanised fibre backing resists tearing under high pressure
• Fully synthetic resin bond maintains sharpness longer
• 125 mm diameter with 22.23 mm bore fits standard angle grinders
• P60 grit for coarse grinding and weld preparation
• Pack of 6 discs

In daily use

Mount the disc on an angle grinder and work with moderate pressure. The fibre backing flexes slightly to follow contours, while the zirconia alumina grit stays sharp even on stainless steel and hard alloys. At a maximum speed of 80 m/s (12,250 rpm), it removes material fast without excessive heat build-up.
