Bosch GBR 15 CAG 9300 tpm zwart, blauw 1500 W

The Bosch GBR 15 CAG is a compact professional sander designed for stationary and on-site grinding tasks. Equipped with a 1500 W motor and an AC power supply, this grinder delivers continuous, high-power performance with a maximum idle speed of 9300 RPM. The tool's overall dimensions—370 mm width and 200 mm height—and a weight of 2.6 kg make it manageable for extended use while supporting grinding attachments up to 125 mm in diameter.

Advantages

The sander combines high motor output with a compact, ergonomic form factor, offering a balance between power and maneuverability. Its AC power source ensures stable operation under load, and the relatively low weight reduces operator fatigue during prolonged tasks. The machine's design supports a variety of grinding wheels and attachments with a maximum diameter of 125 mm, expanding its applicability across different materials and surface finishes.

Suitable for

• Metal surface preparation and weld seam grinding
• Deburring and shaping of metal components
• Removing paint, rust and coatings from metal surfaces
• Precision grinding tasks in mechanical workshops
• Light to medium-duty sanding jobs on large surfaces

How to use

Before operation, verify that the grinding wheel or attachment is suitable for the intended material and within the maximum diameter limit. Secure the appropriate grinding disc and tighten following the manufacturer's fastening instructions. Connect the sander to a compatible AC power supply and check that the workpiece is firmly clamped or supported. Start the tool and allow it to reach operating speed before bringing it into contact with the work surface; use steady, controlled movements and avoid excessive pressure to prevent overheating of the disc or motor. After use, switch off the machine, wait until the disc has stopped, disconnect from the power source, and perform any necessary cleaning and inspection.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Select the correct wheel type and grit for the material and task, maintain proper ventilation or dust extraction, and inspect wheels for damage before each use to ensure safe and effective operation.
