Bosch 2608621782 is a set of five fibre discs with a 125 mm diameter and coarse 36-grit surface designed for material removal and surface preparation. Manufactured as an accessory by Bosch, these discs fit standard angle grinders that accept 125 mm sanding or grinding discs and are intended for use in metalworking and similar applications requiring aggressive stock removal.

Advantages

The fibre discs provide consistent abrasive performance across the full set, offering efficient material removal thanks to the 36 grit. Their 125 mm diameter is a common size compatible with many angle grinders, and the pack of five ensures ready replacement discs for continued work without frequent reordering.

How to use

Select an angle grinder that accepts 125 mm discs and ensure the machine is switched off and unplugged before fitting. Mount the fibre disc onto the grinder’s backing flange according to the grinder manufacturer’s instructions and tighten securely. When operating, hold the grinder with both hands, apply steady pressure, and move the disc across the work surface with controlled, overlapping passes. Allow the abrasive to do the work—avoid excessive force that could damage the disc or workpiece. After use, let the disc stop completely before setting the tool down.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including safety goggles, gloves, and hearing protection. Ensure correct disc selection for the material and inspect discs for damage before each use. Follow the grinder’s specified maximum RPM and Bosch’s handling instructions for abrasive accessories.
