How to use

Attach the desired accessory—immersion shaft, Mini Food Processor or SizeControl chopper—securely to the motor unit. Use the variable one-hand speed wheel to select one of the 25 speeds appropriate for the task. For soups and sauces immerse the blending shaft and operate with steady up-and-down motions. For chopping place ingredients in the chopper bowl and pulse or run continuously according to the required texture. When crushing ice or hard items use the SizeControl chopper and a suitable speed. Disconnect from mains before cleaning and wash detachable parts according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For best results with the MultiQuick 5 Pro, cut large ingredients into smaller pieces before processing, avoid overfilling the chopper bowls, and use lower speeds for delicate textures and higher speeds for tougher tasks like crushing ice.
