Brock DF 3001 SS friteuse 3,2L 2200W zwart/roestvrij staal

For home cooks who want crisp, golden results without the guesswork, the Brock DF 3001 SS brings restaurant-grade frying into a compact stainless steel body. Its 3.2-litre oil capacity and 2200-watt immersed heating element recover temperature fast, so food seals quickly and absorbs less oil. The adjustable thermostat spans 130–190 °C, giving you precise control for delicate fish, hearty chips, or crispy chicken. A cool zone at the bottom collects crumbs and prevents them from burning, keeping the oil cleaner for longer and extending its usable life.

Highlights

• Powerful 2200 W heating for fast preheating and consistent frying
• 3.2 L oil capacity – enough for family portions without being bulky
• Adjustable thermostat from 130 °C to 190 °C for perfect results
• Cool zone technology reduces burnt residue and prolongs oil life
• Stainless steel housing with black accents – durable and easy to match
• Viewing window and odour filter in the lid for comfortable use
• Removable, dishwasher-safe basket and lid for simple cleaning

In daily use

The DF 3001 SS is built for convenience. Non-slip feet keep the fryer stable on the counter, while indicator lights show when the unit is heating and when the oil has reached the set temperature. The frying basket has a cool-touch handle and rests securely on the rim for draining. After cooking, the heating element swings up or lifts out, allowing the oil container to be removed and cleaned separately. The lid’s odour filter helps reduce cooking smells, and the viewing window lets you monitor browning without opening the fryer.
