Broodrooster Taurus TO800P 2-sneetjes 800 W wit met knop- en draairegeling

Taurus TO800P is a compact 2-slice electric toaster with 800 W power and a white finish. It is designed for everyday home use, allowing two slices to be toasted simultaneously with straightforward controls that combine buttons and a rotary dial for browning selection.

Advantages

The toaster provides quick and consistent toasting thanks to its 800 W heating element and adjustable browning control. Additional functions such as reheat and defrost expand its versatility for different types of bread. A removable crumb tray simplifies cleaning and helps keep the countertop tidy. The compact footprint makes it suitable for small kitchens and limited counter space.

Suitable for

• Quick breakfasts and single-person or small household use
• Toasting pre-sliced bread, bagels and small rolls
• Kitchens with limited countertop space

When it may not be suitable

This 2-slice model is not intended for larger households or situations where multiple slices must be toasted at once; a 4-slice toaster would be more efficient in those cases. It also lacks advanced features found on higher-end models, such as digital displays or variable slot widths for very thick items.

Key specifications

• Number of slices: 2
• Power: 800 W
• Finish colour: White
• Controls: Buttons and rotary dial for browning selection
• Functions: Reheat and defrost
• Removable crumb tray for easy cleaning

How to use

Place up to two slices of bread into the slots, set the desired browning level with the rotary control, and press the start button. Use the reheat function to warm already-toasted bread without further browning, and the defrost function to toast bread straight from frozen. After use, disconnect the toaster and slide out the removable crumb tray to empty and clean crumbs.

What to consider before purchase

• Number of slices needed based on household size
• Available countertop space for a compact 2-slice toaster
• Desired functions such as reheat and defrost versus advanced digital features

Recommendations

For consistent results, start with a mid-level browning setting and adjust up or down based on bread type; clean the crumb tray regularly to prevent buildup and ensure safe operation.
