Campingstoel Outwell Campo XL – robuuste campingstoel, draagvermogen 150 kg

Outwell Campo XL is a folding camping chair designed for outdoor use with a 150 kg load capacity. The chair combines a reinforced tubular frame with an oversized seat profile to provide stable, comfortable seating at campsites, beaches or during picnics. Its foldable construction makes it compact for transport and simple to set up, offering a practical seating option for leisure and travel where a robust portable chair is required.

Advantages

The chair offers a high load capacity and an oversized seat for increased comfort compared with standard portable chairs. A durable frame and weather-resistant materials extend the useful life of the product in outdoor conditions. The folding mechanism and relatively low pack size make it straightforward to carry and store when not in use. Designed for regular outdoor use, the construction balances strength and portability.

Suitable for

• Camping trips and caravan holidays
• Beach days and lakeside leisure
• Picnics, outdoor events and barbecue gatherings
• Short-term seating for hiking basecamps and fishing trips

When it may not be suitable

This chair is intended for general outdoor leisure and has a specified maximum load of 150 kg; it is not designed for industrial or commercial seating applications requiring higher certified load ratings. It is also not a replacement for ergonomic office seating for prolonged indoor desk use. On very uneven or soft ground a flat, stable surface or additional support may be required to prevent tipping or sinking.

Key specifications

• Type: Folding camping chair with oversized seat profile
• Maximum load capacity: 150 kg
• Frame: Reinforced tubular frame for increased stability
• Seat: Oversized seat profile for added comfort
• Portability: Foldable design for compact transport and storage
• Intended use: Outdoor leisure—camping, beach, picnics

How to use

Unfold the chair by releasing any transport straps and opening the frame until it locks into the fully extended position. Sit with weight centered on the seat to ensure stability and observe the maximum load capacity. After use, collapse the frame by following the reverse of the opening steps, secure any straps, and store the chair dry to reduce exposure to moisture. Clean the fabric with mild soap and water and allow to air dry before packing to help maintain the material and stitching.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the 150 kg maximum load capacity meets your needs.
• Consider the chair dimensions and packed size for transport and storage requirements.
• Check material and frame durability if you expect frequent or extended outdoor use.
• Assess suitability for the ground types where you will use the chair most often.

Recommendations

Use the Outwell Campo XL on relatively level ground and avoid overloading beyond the specified capacity. Store and dry the chair after wet use to prolong its service life. For added comfort on hard surfaces, consider adding a small cushion or mat.
