Computerkastventilator Fractal Design Aspect 14 cm (140 mm) wit, 12 V, 1000 t/min

The Fractal Design Aspect 14 is a 140 mm computer case fan designed to combine the cooling performance of Fractal's Dynamic and Prisma series with a refreshed aesthetic. It features aerodynamic stator struts to reduce turbulence and noise, Trip Wire technology to improve blade efficiency, rifle bearings for reliable rotation, and a built-in chaining feature to simplify cable management. The fan operates at up to 1000 RPM and is available in white.

Advantages

The aerodynamic stator struts reduce airflow turbulence and resulting noise while maintaining effective cooling. Trip Wire technology creates a micro-turbulent layer that increases blade efficiency. Rifle bearings offer better longevity and smoother operation compared with standard sleeve bearings. The minimalistic Aspect frame delivers a clean visual design without sacrificing performance, and the chaining feature enables convenient cable routing for multiple fans.

How to use

Mount the Aspect 14 fan in a compatible 140 mm fan slot using the supplied screws or vibration-damping mounts. Connect the fan to a 3- or 4-pin motherboard header or a compatible fan controller at 12 V. If using multiple Aspect fans, use the built-in chaining feature to connect units in sequence for simpler cable routing. Ensure airflow orientation matches your case cooling plan (intake or exhaust) and verify secure mounting to avoid vibration noise.

Recommendations

For quiet operation, run the fan at lower RPM via motherboard or controller settings; regular dust cleaning will help maintain airflow and low noise levels. When installing multiple fans, use the chaining feature to minimize cable clutter and ensure consistent power delivery.
