Computerkoelingsonderdeel BitsPower BP-45R messing zilver – compatibel waterkoelingaccessoire

BitsPower BP-45R brass silver is a precision metal fitting designed for custom PC water-cooling systems. Manufactured from high-quality brass with a silver nickel finish, this 45-degree angled component features a true hi-flow internal design and a 360-degree rotatable joint, enabling flexible routing of tubing while maintaining high flow performance. The part includes a concealed O-ring sealing arrangement for a clean appearance and reliable leak resistance, and is RoHS compliant for environmental safety.

Advantages

The brass construction offers strong corrosion resistance and mechanical durability compared with non-metal alternatives, while the silver nickel finish provides additional surface protection and a polished look. The hi-flow internal profile reduces flow restriction at the bend, supporting efficient coolant circulation. A full 360-degree rotation capability simplifies installation and alignment in tight layouts, and the hidden O-ring design keeps sealing elements out of sight without compromising reliability.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops with metal or soft tubing
• Routing coolant around tight corners or between components
• Upgrades or replacements of existing brass fittings in cooling assemblies
• Systems requiring durable, corrosion-resistant metal fittings

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Surface finish: silver nickel plating
• Angle: 45-degree elbow
• Rotation: 360-degree rotatable joint
• Flow design: true hi-flow internal profile
• Sealing: concealed O-ring design for leak resistance
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the fitting as part of a custom water-cooling loop by hand-tightening into compatible threaded ports or mating compression fittings, following manufacturer torque recommendations for your system. Ensure the concealed O-ring is seated correctly before final assembly to maintain a reliable seal. When routing tubing, use the 360-degree rotation to align the outlet direction prior to fully securing the connection. Inspect all connections after filling and during initial run-in for any signs of leakage.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, use corrosion-inhibited coolant compatible with metal fittings and perform routine maintenance checks. Avoid overtightening metal-to-metal threads; use appropriate thread sealing methods if required by your cooling loop design. When combining dissimilar metals in a loop, ensure coolant chemistry and corrosion protection are suitable to minimize galvanic effects.
