The Anti Glare coating is used in professional-grade displays to help avoid issues with reflections and external light sources affecting colour reproduction, contrast and sharpness. Besides, it features an ambient light sensor delivering exceptional performance with the added benefit of saving on power. Landscape and Portrait friendly, the display can be mounted according to the application for true impact in Interactive Digital Signage and with Protection Glass the display can handle harshest environments from the Classroom to Public Domain Retail installation.

AMVA3

AMVA3 technology offers higher contrast, darker blacks and much better viewing angles than standard TN technology. The screen will look good no matter what angle you look at it.

Touch technology - Infrared

The infrared technology uses infrared backlight. A touch event is registered with great accuracy when the infrared light is blocked by finger or stylus. This technology does not rely on an overlay or substrate, so it is impossible to physically "wear out" the touchscreen. Moreover the display characteristics remain virtually unaffected by the touch functionality.

DisplayPort/HDMI Daisy Chain Support

A daisy chain is a wiring scheme in which multiple devices are wired together in sequence or in a ring. It enables a connection of a series of devices using a single connection between each two devices, using DisplayPort/HDMI input and a DisplayPort/HDMI output. The output connects to the next downstream display. This cabling arrangement, with one DisplayPort/HDMI cable between each set of monitors, provides a simple, less cluttered system configuration.

USB Playback

The monitor supports playback of presentations, video and almost any type of content stored on the USB device or internal memory.

AG Coating

The Anti Glare coating is used in professional-grade displays to help avoid issues with reflections and external light sources affecting colour reproduction, contrast and sharpness. It also makes the screen less susceptible to dust, grease and dirt marks.

LAN Control

LAN control enables making adjustments in the display OSD menu through your network (software not included).

How to use

Install the display using a VESA-compatible mount in either landscape or portrait orientation depending on the application. Connect video sources via HDMI or DisplayPort; use the DisplayPort/HDMI output to daisy-chain additional compatible displays. For interactive use, connect via USB for touch input and enable the 20-point infrared touch in the device settings. Use the USB port or internal memory to play presentations and video files directly from the display. Configure brightness and other display settings manually via the on-screen menu or remotely through LAN control if network access is available.

Recommendations

Place the display where ambient light is moderate and use the built-in ambient light sensor to optimise brightness. For multi-screen installations use a single-cable daisy chain configuration to reduce cable clutter. Clean the anti-glare surface with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner; avoid sharp objects to preserve the infrared touch grid.
