How to use

Place the grill on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it into a suitable outlet. Select the desired program or manual temperature using the button controls and allow the grill to preheat until the ready indicator is shown. For contact grilling, close the lid gently over the food items; for open-griddle mode, open the lid and position larger items on the lower plate. Follow recommended cooking times for different food types, and use appropriate utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. After cooking, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow it to cool before removing plates and draining any collected juices.

Recommendations

Use moderate amounts of oil to prevent smoking and adhere to recommended food thickness and spacing for even results; clean removable plates promptly after cooling to preserve the non-stick coating and ensure optimal hygiene.
