The Active Key AK-4400 is a full-size wired USB keyboard in white with an integrated 14 mm trackball designed for office and kiosk environments. It combines a compact notebook-style footprint with a low profile (23.5 mm) housing and scissors balancing key technology for stable, comfortable key actuation. The built-in high-resolution trackball enables smooth and accurate cursor control while the wired USB connection ensures reliable connectivity for professional use.

Use the integrated trackball to move the cursor and the standard full-size key layout for typing. Place the keyboard on a stable surface or mount it in a rack/kiosk cutout if required. For best results, keep the trackball area free of dust and debris and operate with light fingertip movements for precise control.

Recommendations

Regularly clean the trackball area and keycaps with a soft, dry cloth to maintain accurate cursor control and comfortable typing. Avoid spilling liquids; if necessary, disconnect the keyboard before cleaning and allow it to dry completely.
