DAHUA HDCVI 1080P IR bullet-camera HAC-HFW1200RL-0280B-S6, 2MP, IR-nachtzicht, bulletvormfactor

Compact white HDCVI camera with a 2.8mm fixed focal length M12 lens, offering Full HD 1920 × 1080 effective pixels, very low-light sensitivity down to 0.001 Lux, and a built-in microphone. The camera supports electronic shutter speeds up to 1/100,000 s, is powered by 12 VDC (±30%), and has housing dimensions of 161.6 × 69.7 × 70.0 mm.

Advantages

The HDCVI video interface ensures compatibility with common analogue-over-coax recording systems. The 2.8mm M12 lens provides a wide field of view suitable for general surveillance. Full HD resolution combined with the 0.001 Lux minimum illumination enables clearer images in low-light conditions. The integrated microphone captures audio together with video, and the compact white housing allows discreet installation indoors or in sheltered outdoor locations.

How to use

Connect the camera to an HDCVI-compatible recorder using coaxial cable and supply 12 VDC power within the specified tolerance. Mount the camera using a suitable bracket and orient the 2.8mm lens to achieve the required field of view. Configure the recorder for 1080p (Full HD) and adjust exposure or shutter settings if needed to optimise image quality in different lighting. Enable the recorder's microphone input when audio recording is required.

Recommendations

Install the camera in a sheltered location to avoid direct weather exposure unless the specific model is rated for outdoor use. Use quality coaxial cable and a stable 12 VDC power supply to minimise image interference and power-related issues. For very low-light scenes, verify recorder settings and consider adding supplementary lighting if necessary.
