Dashcam MIO MiVue E80D HDR dual achteruitkijkcamera met tweekanaalsopname

The MIO MiVue E80D HDR Dual Rear Camera with Dual-Channel Recording is a car dash camera system that captures synchronized front and rear video. Designed for continuous dual-camera recording, it uses HDR imaging to improve detail in high-contrast scenes such as tunnels, dawn/dusk driving, and strong backlight. The unit records reliable footage suitable for incident review, insurance claims, and routine monitoring in private and commercial vehicles.

Advantages

The device records front and rear views simultaneously with consistent timestamping, providing a comprehensive overview of events around the vehicle. HDR processing enhances visibility in bright and dark areas of each frame, reducing loss of detail. Continuous recording and automatic file segmentation ensure uninterrupted capture while driving. The compact camera modules are designed for unobtrusive installation and stable mounting to minimize vibration in recordings.

Suitable for

• Drivers who need front and rear incident documentation
• Insurance claim evidence and dispute resolution
• Fleet operators tracking vehicle activity and safety
• Everyday drivers seeking additional road recording for security

Key specifications

• Dual-channel video recording: simultaneous front and rear capture
• HDR imaging to improve dynamic range and preserve detail in highlights and shadows
• Continuous loop recording with automatic file segmentation
• Time and date stamping for synchronized footage
• Compact camera modules suitable for windshield and rear mounting

How to use

Install the front camera on the windshield behind the rearview mirror and mount the rear camera on the rear window or appropriate rear position following the vehicle manufacturer’s guidance. Insert a compatible microSD card formatted according to the camera’s requirements, power the system from the vehicle’s 12V outlet or a hardwired connection, and set date/time. During driving, the camera will start recording automatically and save files in segments. Use the camera controls or companion app (if available) to review footage, lock important clips, and adjust settings such as exposure, resolution, and loop length.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use a high-endurance microSD card from a recommended brand and format it in the camera before first use. Position both camera modules to avoid obstructing the driver’s view and to reduce reflections from glass. Regularly review and back up critical footage, and check firmware updates from the manufacturer to maintain compatibility and performance.
