Recommendations

For consistent image quality and latency-sensitive applications, prefer a wired USB 3.2 Gen 1 connection and ensure the host computer meets the headset's performance requirements. When using wireless mode, maintain a clear line of sight to the host or access point and follow manufacturer guidance for radio environments. Clean lenses with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and store the headset in a protective place when not in use.
