How to use

Place the Deerma KZ100 on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate clearance around the unit. Insert the basket and add food according to the 3 L capacity guideline, avoiding overfilling to ensure even air circulation. Use the touch panel to set the desired temperature and time using the built-in display; select appropriate presets or manual settings for frying or baking. Start the cycle and periodically check doneness through the removable basket; always use oven mitts or heat-resistant utensils when handling hot components. After use, allow the appliance to cool before removing the basket for cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the fryer briefly when cooking frozen foods and avoid overcrowding the basket to maintain even browning. Use minimal added oil for crisp textures and consult recipe times to adjust temperature and duration for different food types. Regularly clean the basket and interior surfaces after cooling to maintain performance and hygiene.
