Digitale wekker GEMBIRD DAC-WPC-01 met LCD-display, zwart aluminium behuizing, netvoeding

The GEMBIRD DAC-WPC-01 is a digital alarm clock with a clear LCD display housed in a slim black aluminum rectangular case. Intended for bedside or desktop placement, the unit is AC powered and provides a straightforward time display and alarm function. Its compact footprint and minimalist design make it suitable for small nightstands, office desks, or travel use where a reliable wired alarm clock is preferred.

Advantages

The aluminum housing offers a durable, lightweight enclosure with a modern matte finish that resists common wear. The LCD display presents time information in a legible format with sufficient contrast for quick reading at a glance. Being AC powered eliminates the need for frequent battery replacement and ensures continuous operation when connected to mains power. The rectangular form factor and compact dimensions simplify placement in limited spaces while maintaining stable positioning on flat surfaces.

Suitable for

• Bedroom nightstands for daily wake-up alerts
• Office desks to track local time during work
• Guest rooms and short-term accommodation
• Environments where mains-powered operation is preferred over battery reliance

Key specifications

• Display type: LCD with clear numeric readout
• Housing material: aluminum, black finish
• Power source: AC mains powered
• Form factor: rectangular, compact footprint
• Primary functions: time display and alarm

How to use

Place the clock on a stable flat surface and connect it to a compatible AC outlet using the supplied power lead or adapter. Set the current time following the device controls—typically mode or set buttons to adjust hours and minutes—then program the alarm time and enable the alarm function. Use the display to confirm time and alarm settings; common controls allow toggling the alarm on/off and silencing the alarm when it sounds. Refer to the printed quick-start guide for any model-specific button sequences.

Recommendations

Position the clock where the display is easily visible from your usual sleeping or working position and avoid direct sunlight onto the LCD to maintain optimal legibility. Keep the AC cable routed safely to prevent tripping and use a surge protector if the local power supply is unstable. For bedside use, set the clock at a distance that allows comfortable reach to the controls while preventing accidental knocks.
