How to use

Attach the Pro Hub Max to your laptop using the dual USB‑C connectors so the dock aligns securely with the laptop housing. Connect a USB‑C PD charger to the PD port to supply power to your laptop and peripherals. Plug an HDMI cable from the hub to an external monitor for video output, or connect an Ethernet cable for wired network access. Insert SD or microSD cards into the corresponding slots and connect USB‑A or USB‑C devices as needed. Most connections are plug‑and‑play; the host system may automatically recognise attached devices and configure drivers where supported.

Recommendations

For stable video and network performance, use high‑quality HDMI and Ethernet cables. When working with large files from SD cards, ensure the card is seated fully and consider using a USB‑C cable with sufficient bandwidth for best transfer speeds. Avoid exerting lateral force on the dock while connected to prevent strain on the laptop’s USB‑C ports.
