How to use

Connect the wireless charger to a suitable USB power adapter (adapter not included) using the supplied cable or a compatible cable. Place the Crong charging pad on a flat, stable surface and position the Qi-enabled device centrally on the pad. Charging will start automatically for compatible devices; indicator signals (if present) will show charging status. If charging does not begin, reposition the device slightly to improve alignment or check that the power adapter delivers sufficient output.

Recommendations

Use a power adapter that meets the charger's recommended output specifications to achieve optimal charging speed. Remove thick or metallic phone cases that may interfere with wireless charging. Keep the charging pad and device surfaces clean and dry. Avoid placing credit cards or other magnetic/metallic objects between the device and the pad during charging.
