Druksensor Panasonic DP-101A-E-P, bereik -1 tot 1 bar, kabel met open uiteinde

Panasonic DP-101A-E-P is a compact pressure sensor designed to measure low-range and negative pressures from -1 to 1 bar. The device integrates a fixed cable with an open end for direct wiring into control and measurement circuits. With a small footprint and straightforward electrical connection, this pressure sensor is intended for applications that require accurate detection of slight vacuum and low positive pressures in HVAC systems, laboratory equipment, and pneumatic installations.

Advantages

The sensor provides accurate low-range pressure measurement with a symmetric span covering vacuum and slight overpressure. The integrated cable with an open end simplifies installation and avoids the need for additional connectors. Its compact mechanical design allows for easy integration into control panels and measurement assemblies. The sensor is compatible with common HVAC and laboratory measurement setups and supports reliable monitoring in continuous or intermittent operation.

Suitable for

• HVAC pressure monitoring and differential pressure control
• Laboratory equipment requiring vacuum or low-positive pressure measurement
• Pneumatic systems and control circuits with low-range pressure signals
• Integration into building automation and environmental control panels

Key specifications

• Measurement range: -1 to 1 bar
• Output: electrical signal via fixed cable with open end (direct wiring)
• Pressure type: absolute/relative measurement suitable for negative and low positive pressures
• Mounting: compact housing suitable for panel or inline integration
• Typical applications: HVAC, laboratory apparatus, pneumatic control systems

How to use

Mount the sensor in a location that experiences representative pressure of the system, avoiding strong vibration and direct exposure to fluids or contaminants. Connect the open-ended cable conductors to the control or measurement device following the appropriate wiring diagram and observing correct polarity and shielding practices. Allow the system to stabilize before taking measurements and perform calibration or zeroing procedures if required by the control equipment. Regularly inspect the pressure port and cable for signs of wear or contamination.

Recommendations

Use suitable tubing and fittings that match the sensor's pressure port to prevent leaks. For consistent readings, avoid long unvented tubing runs and protect the sensor from condensate and particulate ingress. When integrating into building automation, apply appropriate filtering and signal conditioning if the control system requires it.
