Dubbel luchtbed Outwell 400116 — PVC, 1350 × 2000 × 300 mm, groen/grijs

The Outwell 400116 double air mattress combines a firm edge construction with a soft velour top to give improved stability and a comfortable sleeping surface. Made from durable PVC, it includes a double-seal valve and a carry bag for transport and storage. Dimensions are approximately 1350 mm wide, 2000 mm long and 300 mm high.

Advantages

The firm-edge flocking offers a stable perimeter that reduces roll-off and makes getting on and off easier, while the velour surface improves comfort and retains warmth. The PVC construction provides durability and resistance to typical outdoor use. The double-seal valve speeds up inflation and prevents air leakage, and the included carry bag simplifies packing and transport.

Suitable for

• Camping trips for two people
• Overnight guests at home
• Caravanning and motorhome use
• Temporary bedding in holiday accommodation

When it may not be suitable

This mattress is intended as a temporary or semi-permanent sleeping solution rather than a permanent replacement for a standard mattress. It requires a flat, supportive surface and protection from sharp objects; use on rough ground without a groundsheet may increase the risk of punctures. Very tall users may find the 2000 mm length and 300 mm height limiting compared with specialist mattresses.

Key specifications

• Type: Double air mattress
• Material: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with velour top
• Dimensions (W × L × H): 1350 × 2000 × 300 mm
• Colour: Green and grey
• Features: Firm edge flocking, double-seal valve, carry bag included

How to use

Unpack the mattress from the carry bag and unfold it on a clean, flat surface free of sharp objects. Open the double-seal valve and inflate using a compatible pump until the mattress reaches a comfortable firmness; close the valve securely to prevent air loss. To deflate, open the valve and roll the mattress from the foot end toward the valve to expel air, then fold and store in the carry bag.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm the 1350 × 2000 × 300 mm dimensions suit your sleeping space and user height.
• Consider using a groundsheet or protective layer when camping to reduce puncture risk.
• Check that a suitable pump is available (pump sold separately unless stated otherwise).

Recommendations

For longer valve life and fewer leaks, avoid over-inflating and store the mattress deflated and dry in the included carry bag when not in use.
