Eaton 197508 EASY-E4-AC-12RC1P is an expandable easyE4 base unit with eight digital inputs and four relay outputs. This AC/DC variant has no analogue inputs. The rated supply is 100–240 V AC or DC; the cULus DC rating is 100–110 V. Input signal voltage must match the supply voltage. Push-in terminals connect the wiring, while the RJ45 Ethernet port supports 10/100 Mbit/s communication and Modbus TCP.

A monochrome LCD with six lines of 16 characters, a keypad and a real-time clock support local operation. Programming uses Eaton easySoft. The IP20 unit mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail and measures 72 × 90 × 58 mm, with a stated net product weight of 0.25 kg.
