Elba Eurofolio Prestige Elastomap Karton Blauw A4

The Elba Eurofolio Prestige Elastomap Cardboard Blue A4 is a durable A4 folder made from sturdy cardboard with an elastic closure. Supplied in packs of 10, this blue elastomap offers a practical way to store, protect and transport A4 documents, reports and presentation materials. The slim profile keeps paperwork neat while the elastic band secures contents during handling and transit.

Advantages

The cardboard construction provides a balance of rigidity and light weight for everyday office use. The elastic closure prevents pages from slipping out and keeps loose documents together without folding them. Its professional blue finish is suitable for client-facing presentations as well as internal file organisation. Sold in a pack of ten, the set delivers consistent quality and uniform appearance across multiple projects or departments.

How to use

Place your A4 documents inside the folder so that edges align with the sides. Fold the elastomap closed and stretch the elastic band around the corners to secure the contents. For multiple documents, organise them by type or date before inserting to maintain easy access. Store the elastomap upright on shelves or in filing boxes to keep paperwork flat and protected.

Recommendations

Use the elastomap for transporting documents between meetings or sites to prevent curling and loss of pages. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight to maintain the cardboard’s integrity. For long-term archival, consider combining with plastic sleeves or more rigid archival folders.
