How to use

Install the hob into a compatible cut-out in the kitchen worktop following the manufacturer’s installation instructions and local gas safety regulations. Connect the gas supply and electrical feed for the touch controls only through a qualified technician. To operate, place cookware on the pan supports, use the touch control panel to ignite the selected burner and adjust the flame to the desired level. After cooking, switch off the burner using the touch controls and allow the surface to cool before cleaning. Regularly inspect burners and supports for debris and clean with non-abrasive cleaners to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Use cookware with flat, stable bases sized appropriately for each cooking zone to ensure efficient heat transfer and stable support. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools on the stainless steel surface; instead, use soft cloths and mild detergents. Schedule periodic safety checks of the gas connections and flame failure device by a licensed technician to maintain safe operation.
