Esselte VIVIDA ringband, 30% PP-folie uit post-consumer gerecycled materiaal

The Vivida Ring Binder Esselte Standard PP Blue 4x25 mm A4 is a polypropylene ring folder designed for organizing and storing A4 documents. It features four 25 mm rings that hold punched sheets securely and a durable PP cover that resists wear and moisture. The slim spine and clean blue finish make the binder suitable for work, school, or home filing where a compact and consistent appearance is required.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides impact and moisture resistance while remaining lightweight for easy handling. Four rings with a 25 mm diameter distribute documents evenly and reduce page slippage. The simple mechanism enables quick opening and closing of the rings for adding or removing pages without tools. The binder’s A4 format is compatible with standard punched paper and many report inserts, making it a flexible choice for everyday document management.

How to use

Open the binder mechanism by pressing the release on the ring closure, align punched sheets with the rings and close the mechanism to secure pages. Add or remove pages as needed by reopening the rings. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to retain the cover color. For transport, close the rings fully and check that pages are correctly aligned to prevent bending or tearing.

Recommendations

Use standard A4 punched paper or compatible plastic sleeves to protect frequently handled documents. Clean the polypropylene cover with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary. For heavy document sets near the 25 mm capacity limit, distribute contents across two binders to maintain easy page turning and to prolong the binder mechanism life.
