Externe 4G-LTE-antenne QOLTEC 5 dBi 600–2700 MHz SMA-aansluiting met 3 m kabel

QOLTEC External 4G LTE Antenna with 5 dBi gain operates across the 600–2700 MHz frequency range and connects via an SMA connector. Supplied with a 3 m cable, this external antenna is designed to improve mobile broadband signal reception for routers, modems and gateways. The antenna is suitable for both indoor and outdoor mounting and helps stabilise data connections and increase throughput in areas with weak mobile coverage.

Advantages

The antenna provides a moderate gain of 5 dBi that enhances signal strength for 4G LTE networks across a wide frequency band, including low and mid-range mobile frequencies. Its SMA connector ensures wide compatibility with consumer routers and modems that accept external antennas. The included 3 m cable offers flexible placement options to find the best reception point while allowing the device to remain accessible indoors. The antenna's external mounting capability supports improved line-of-sight and reduced obstructions compared with internal antennas.

How to use

Connect the antenna's SMA connector to the external antenna port of a compatible router, modem or gateway. Position the antenna to achieve the best possible reception—typically higher and with fewer physical obstructions—and use the 3 m cable to route the connection from the antenna to the device. For outdoor installations, secure the antenna on a mast, wall or window mount and orient it toward the nearest mobile base station or the direction that provides the strongest signal as indicated by your device's signal indicators or a signal‑strength app.

Recommendations

To achieve optimal performance, test different mounting locations and orientations before final installation. Ensure the SMA connector is tightened gently but firmly to maintain a good connection. For outdoor use, verify that any exposed cable connections are weather-protected and that the antenna is mounted securely to withstand wind. Check device compatibility for SMA connectors and, if needed, use an adapter specified by the device manufacturer.
