Extralink ICE BATH Cold Plunge Tub IB-02 160×85×65 cm is a standalone cold plunge tub designed for ice bathing and cold therapy at home or outdoors. The compact footprint and inflatable, portable construction allow placement on a terrace, in a garden or inside a bathroom. Intended for regular cold exposure, the tub supports post-workout recovery, circulation improvement and short-duration cold immersion routines. The black finish and simple shape provide a neutral, minimalist appearance that integrates with a variety of environments.

Advantages

The IB-02 combines portability with durable construction: multi-layer materials resist mechanical stress and variable weather, while the non-slip interior improves safety during entry and exit. The inflatable design enables quick setup and folding for storage or transport, and the included cover helps keep water clean between sessions. Compact dimensions offer comfortable immersion without requiring a large installation area.

• Multi-layer durable material for resistance to mechanical wear and weather

How to use

Place the IB-02 on a flat, level surface clear of sharp objects. Inflate according to the manufacturer’s instructions, fill with cold water to a suitable level, and add ice if required for colder temperatures. Follow recommended immersion times based on personal tolerance and health considerations.

Recommendations

Start with short exposures (1–3 minutes) and gradually increase duration as tolerance builds. Consult a healthcare professional if you have cardiovascular conditions, circulation disorders or other health concerns before beginning regular cold immersion. Regularly inspect the tub for damage, maintain cleanliness with the cover when not in use, and avoid placing the tub on abrasive or uneven surfaces.
