How to use

Place the helmet level on the head so the front rim sits just above the eyebrows. Adjust the retention system until the helmet feels snug but not constrictive, and secure the chinstrap with the buckle, leaving enough room to fit one or two fingers between the strap and the chin. Check that the helmet does not shift excessively when you shake your head. Replace pads or adjust strap length as needed to improve comfort and fit. Inspect the helmet regularly for signs of damage and follow manufacturer guidance for replacement after a significant impact.

Recommendations

Use this helmet for regular commuting, training rides and group cycling where a balance of ventilation, comfort and protection is required. Clean the helmet interior padding with mild detergent and air-dry; avoid exposing the helmet to high heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Replace the helmet after any crash or if structural damage is evident.
