FISCHER metaal-schuimpistool PUPM 4 zwart met 4x PUP S 750 B2 pistoolschuim — metaal-bouwschuimpistoolset

FISCHER metal foam gun PUPM 4 BLACK with 4x PUP S 750 B2 pistol foam — metal construction gun set is a durable dispensing tool set designed for controlled application of polyurethane pistol foam in sealing, filling, insulation and mounting tasks. The metal-bodied foam gun is paired with four cartridges of PUP S 750 B2 foam to provide a ready-to-use solution for construction and installation work where accurate bead shape and controlled output are required. The set focuses on longevity of the tool, precise flow adjustment and compatibility with standard pistol foam cartridges used in building trades.

Advantages

The metal construction of the PUPM 4 BLACK foam gun offers enhanced robustness compared with plastic-bodied applicators and reduces wear when used frequently on construction sites. The gun provides fine control over foam flow, enabling precise filling and sealing with minimal waste. Included PUP S 750 B2 cartridges are formulated for typical construction tasks and deliver consistent curing and adhesion to common building substrates. Together, the gun and cartridges form a matched kit that simplifies initial setup and reduces the need to source components separately.

Suitable for

• Sealing joints and gaps around windows and doors
• Insulating cavities and voids in walls and around pipes
• Mounting door and window frames and fixing elements
• Filling irregular gaps and cavities in structural and finishing work

Key specifications

• Tool material: metal-bodied applicator for improved durability
• Included consumables: four cartridges of piston foam formulated for construction use
• Flow control: adjustable valve for precise foam output regulation
• Compatibility: designed for use with standard pistol foam cartridges of matching size and thread type
• Application temperature: suitable for typical on-site temperature ranges for polyurethane foams (refer to foam cartridge instructions for exact limits)

How to use

Attach a PUP S 750 B2 cartridge to the FISCHER PUPM 4 BLACK foam gun according to the cartridge manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the threaded connection is secure. Adjust the flow control valve to set the desired dispense rate and apply foam in a continuous bead or in controlled bursts, keeping the gun at a consistent distance from the work surface. Allow the foam to expand and cure as specified on the cartridge label, then trim excess material with a suitable knife once fully cured. Clean the applicator after use following the recommended cleaning procedure for polyurethane foams to maintain valve function and prevent blockage.

Recommendations

Use the set with appropriate personal protective equipment, work in well-ventilated areas and follow the safety and storage instructions provided with the foam cartridges. For best results, prepare and moisten surfaces as recommended for polyurethane foams and perform trial beads to calibrate flow settings before critical work.
