Fitting voor vloeistofkoeling BitsPower BP-90R3D messing zilver – computer-koelsysteem-accessoire

BitsPower BP-90R3D is a 90-degree brass fitting finished in silver, engineered for custom PC liquid cooling systems. It provides a metal connection point between tubing, blocks, radiators and other components, with a design that supports multi-angle orientation and stable, leak-resistant joins. The fitting is constructed from high-quality brass with a nickel-like silver finish and incorporates a concealed O-ring for sealing.

Advantages

The Hi-Flow design ensures efficient coolant passage through the 90-degree bend while maintaining system performance. Brass construction offers mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for long-term reliability. Triple 360-degree rotation lets you orient the fitting precisely without twisting tubing or stressing connections. The hidden O-ring design improves aesthetic integration and maintains a reliable seal. The fitting is RoHS compliant.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling loops in desktop PCs
• Connecting rigid or soft tubing to blocks and radiators
• Building, upgrading or repairing liquid cooling systems
• Multi-angle routing in compact or complex chassis layouts

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Finish: silver nickel-like plating
• Type: 90-degree angled fitting
• Rotation: triple 360-degree multi-angle rotation
• Sealing: concealed O-ring
• Thread interface: standard 1/4" G (for typical PC liquid cooling components)
• Design focus: Hi-Flow coolant path
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Prepare the mating components and ensure threads and O-ring seats are clean. Thread the fitting into the corresponding G1/4" port by hand until seated, then tighten gently with an appropriate tool to avoid over-torquing. Orient the rotatable sections to align tubing routing as needed; the triple 360-degree rotation allows adjustment without rotating the entire assembly. Verify the O-ring is properly positioned and perform a pressure or leak test before full operation.

Recommendations

Use compatible coolant and regularly inspect fittings for signs of looseness, corrosion or worn seals. When routing tubing through tight spaces, make final orientation adjustments after initial installation and leak testing. Avoid excessive force during tightening to protect threads and O-rings.
