The Emtec Flash Memory Emtec 256 GB UHS-II SpeedIN Pro+ is a high-performance SDXC card designed for demanding photo and video workflows. With a capacity of 256 GB and UHS-II interface, the card combines large storage space with accelerated data transfer. Read speeds up to 300 MB/s and write speeds up to 270 MB/s support continuous burst shooting and high-bitrate video recording. The card meets UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) and Video Speed Class V90 requirements, making it suitable for reliable 4K and advanced multimedia capture. The durable black housing provides a compact, portable storage solution for cameras, camcorders and card readers.

Advantages

The card delivers fast sequential read and write performance for efficient file transfer and minimal buffer clearing time. High sustained write capability ensures consistent recording of high-resolution video without dropped frames. How to use

Insert the Emtec SpeedIN Pro+ SDXC card into a compatible SD card slot in your camera, camcorder or card reader with the contact pins facing the correct direction as indicated on the device. Format the card in-camera before first use to ensure the file system and allocation settings match the device. For highest performance when transferring files to a computer, use a UHS-II compatible card reader and connect via a high-speed interface (USB 3.x or faster, or Thunderbolt where supported). Regularly back up important data to a separate storage device to prevent accidental loss.

Recommendations

For reliable 4K capture and continuous RAW shooting, use this card in cameras that support UHS-II speeds and select high-bitrate recording modes only after confirming sustained write performance. Maintain firmware updates for your camera and use a dedicated compatible card reader for fastest transfers. Store the card in a protective case when not in use and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture or strong magnetic fields.
